Lot of 3. 1) Two different for the Manitou & Pike's Peak Railway Company. "Cog Wheel Route." This company was founded in 1889. Highest railway in North America by a considerable margin. It was built and is operated for the tourist trade. No. 1203, issued for 1924 to AR Anderson, trav. passenger agent for D&RGW. Signed by the president (illegible). Black print with red cog wheel vignette. Endorsed on reverse. Pass No. A3111, issued to MW Terry of Southern Pacific for 1933-34. Printed signature of FC Matthews. Black print with blue pictorial logo. Endorsed on reverse. 2) Mt. Manitou Park and Incline Railway. No. 703, issued for 1933 to HO Marler of the Pacific Electric Railway. Printed sig. of Spencer Penrose. Countersigned by FC Matthews. Red print on green/blue cardstock. Endorsed on reverse.
