?Captain Stormfields Visit to Heaven (1909), the last of Twains books published during his lifetime, was printed in the same red cloth that Harper used for many of Twains works. This book is Mark Twains vision of Heaven and the journey which is required to get there. Even though this book undermines most Christian views of salvation, it still maintained a popular read. According to BAL, the size of the first printing is unknown, even though three varying sheet sizes exist.
