American civil rights banner painted with "ONE MAN / ONE VOTE" on a blue ground, used in protest against voter suppression tactics still experienced one hundred years after the Fifteenth Amendment was passed, circa first half of the 1960s. 11.25" H x 15.25" W. Note: Similar flag on loan at the National Museum of American History in Washington, D.C.
