Marc Chagall The Violinist Patinated and Enameled Bronze Sculpture is a High polished Bronze Sculpture signed Marc Chagall in the cast. Approx 30 inches tall. Pure bronze, Created with the lost wax method. Inspired by Chagall's Painting. It is a Limited Edition of 100 in the world. Signed by the sculptor Castano with copyright stamp and date.
Condition
Excellent Condition. Marc Chagall (1887-1985) was a Russian artist of a devout Jewish family. In 1907 Chagall entered the famous Art School in St. Petersburg while working as a sign painter. Throughout his works, there is a foundation of Russian artistic techniques. In 1910 Chagall was in Paris and became influenced by the Cubist period of art. Chagall is world renown and one of the masters of color. The whole world was his canvas and he filled it with color.
