Luis Monteil, weaver, in 1969 he presented his multi-colored artworks at an exhibition at Maracaibo Fine Arts Center in Venezuela. Montiel had a workshop where he lived with a group of craftsmen who helped him with his work. His tapestries are beautifully shaped with a sense of composition and color. His works have traveled the world and his collections can be found worldwide. this is one of the largest tapestries he had ever done according to those who know and collect his work, an excellent example, signed, 58" X 96".
