Paul von Hindenburg Signed Photo, Fantastic Eye Appeal
Item Details
Description

Paul von Hindenburg Signed Photo, Fantastic Eye Appeal.

A black and white engraving, measuring 5" x 7.125", boldly signed by von Hindenburg in the margin below the photo. Slight foxing and evidence of previous mounting on verso which does not take away from the appeal of the bold signature and fantastic portrait of von Hindenburg in his uniform.

Paul Von Hindenburg oversaw the mobilization of the German state for war and became immensely popular throughout the country. After Germany's defeat in 1918 Hindenburg retired, but in 1925, largely because of his status as a war hero, he was elected President of Germany.

This item comes with a Certificate from John Reznikoff, a premier authenticator for both major 3rd party authentication services, PSA and JSA (James Spence Authentications), as well as numerous auction houses.
