Description
Handmade grandmothers flower garden pieced quilt with sewn in history / provenance and ribbon award. Was first started by Marian W. Mariner (born 1900-1988) and Elizabeth Mae Waters (born 1902-1987), and was found half finished after Marian's death. Quilt was finished by Clara Jarrell, centreville, MD in 1991. Was awarded 2nd place in the Queen Annes County Fair (Date unknown) and displays award ribbon.Honeycomb floral pattern called 'Grandmothers Flower Garden". In excellent condition, no tears or smells.
