A LARGE CHINESE LATE QING OR EARLY REPUBLIC VASE
Item Details
Description
Circa 19TH/20TH century, decorated with carved bamboo branches under celadon glaze at two opposite sides alternating with two blue and white molded windows, depicting a cowboy riding on the back of a buffalo through his hat into the air or with a playful baby buffalo by side, near a willow tree amidst clouds in a grassy landscape. This vase also decorated with nine beaded circles at the shoulder and neck, with a carved band of lappet pattern. Great vintage condition with minor firing glaze imperfections, no hairlines or restoration observed. Please refer to the photos for more details.
Height: 37.7CM, 14-7/8"

Note to all: there are a lot of interests in this vase and we've received many requests for natural light photos. Please be advised that the last 8 photos are all natural light photos taken outdoor in shadow or under the morning sunshine. We've tried our best to take photos so the color of the vase in the photos is close to the color of the real object. Those photos are the best we can possibly get. This vase is absolutely gorgeous!
