CHICAGO COIN ALL AMERICAN BASKETBALL ARCADE GAME.
Item Details
Description
C. 1967. This shuffle alley basketball-themed arcade game required one to two players or two teams. The objective is to hit the rollover switch by lights by sliding a metal puck across the playing field. With every hit made, the back glass animation must also make the ball from the kick out hole in the basket. If the ball does not make it into the basket, points are not scored. The game is similar to the bowling alley putt game, but is a bit more challenging. There are 20 shots per game, consisting of 2 halves, with points increasing as the game goes into the second half. Manufactured by Chicago Coin Company. This is actually one of the games that had the very first "play again" feature. There is normal edge wear and scuffs and scrapes consistent with age and use, nothing that distracts from the overall look. Back glass has one non-distracting 1/4" flake in right center and some slight flaking that is apparently stable in the lower right-hand corner. Strong colors and great graphics. This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made. Condition: (Good Plus). Dimensions: 85" x 31 - 1/2" x 72".
