German manuscript over 27 lines in dark brown ink on parchment
Dated 1385 in lower margin
Attached seal on cord shows Saint Lawrence
Verso with further inscription
Folded several times
Size of text area: 14.5 x 21 cm
Size of leaf: 18 x 24 cm
In good to very good condition

Condition:

The letter is in good to very good condition. The leaf is slightly browned and with typical folding marks owed to parchment. The seal is very well-preserved and has just minimal blemishes. The script itself is even and clear. The text area is 14.5 x 21 cm large. The dimensions of the leaf are 18 x 24 cm; the plica is 2 cm long (folded once).
