Joseph Harrison was the head-gardener to Lord Wharncliffe at Wortley Hall near Sheffield. In 1833, he started ‘The Floricultural Cabinet,’ a monthly magazine which would ultimately become the ‘Gardener's Magazine.’

This volume of “Floricultural Cabinet” features eleven, beautifully colored, engraved plates; each depicting various plants and flowers.
