1930 Franklin Delano Roosevelt inscribed photograph inscribed to Lewis B Sebring, Jr (Journalist & War correspondent for the New York Herald-Tribune), with note on reverse written by Sebring, costume that Roosevelt wore at the Legislative Correspondent's Dinner in 1930, 9 1/4" x 6 1/2"
