This early 20th century piece of jewelry is simply lovely! The pendant is shell cameo set in a 14 K yellow gold filigree, which has a twisted border (like a DNA strand). The gold filigree is a brooch, but also has a necklace hole if the owner would want to add a chain and make it into a necklace. The cameo gives a portrait of a lovely early 20th C. style woman with flowers in her hair. The orange-brown background creates a great contrast with the soft white person.
