John F. Kennedy & Jackie Kennedy Greet Ethiopian Emperor, Vintage Photo from Cecil Stoughton's Personal Collection
A color photo of 35th U.S. President John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) and First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy (1929-1994) greeting Emperor Haile Selassie I (1892-1975) upon his arrival at a Washington, D.C. train station on October 1, 1963, from the personal collection of JFK White House photographer Cecil W. Stoughton (1920-2008). The print was apparently produced in the 1960s by Stoughton, and is hand-inscribed "C307-12-63" verso as part of Stoughton's unique numbering and filing system.
