A Lovely Set of 5 Kennedy Medallions

Five unique medallions from the Kennedy era. Two are from the January 20, 1961 Inaugural Ball (stated such on the verso of each, one in a silver toned metal, the other in a gold toned medal). One adorable gold toned elephant wearing a dashing set of eye glasses (rather unique in that the elephant is usually the symbol of the Republicans however this one wearing glasses may be a ironic twist implying they need glasses to see what is going on?) A medallion on a bracelet for Lyndon Johnson's Inaugural Ball, dated "January 20, 1965", and a silver toned medallion with the verso of "Democratic Party of Cook County, Reception and Dinner, April 28, 1961, Richard J. Daley, Chairman" Each is approximately 1" x 1", the set is in excellent condition and is accompanied by two of the original boxes for Kennedy's Inaugural Ball.

This item comes with a Certificate from John Reznikoff, a premier authenticator for both major 3rd party authentication services, PSA and JSA (James Spence Authentications), as well as numerous auction houses.
