Typed Letter Signed, “Earl Warren”, on State of California / Governor’s Office letterhead, 1 p., 8.5” x 11”, Sacramento, California, April 29, 1952. Expected folds, mounted to mat board and ready for framing. Fine condition.

Warren writes to Mrs. David C. May, in full, “Thank you for your letter of April 22 suggesting your husband, David C. May, for an appointment with the State administration. / I am glad you wrote me about him, and you may be sure your comment will be given consideration as vacancies occur on boards or commissions having responsibilities in the fields in which he is interested.”
