Autograph Document Signed, “R.B. Taney for Complainant”, ca. December 7, 1812, 3 pp. on one leaf, 7.5” x 12”. Signed a second time on verso as “R.B. Taney”. Horizontal folds, vertical fold with minor separation, tiny chip at top, else near Fine condition.
Document is a complaint related to the case of Godfrey Leathman vs. Dennis Hanley, in which Leathman contends Hanley owes him “rents and profits” from a parcel of land.
